Hey Guys,
Well after taking a break for 2 months.. I have decided to give up on BB and go back to my first love of Strength Training I like BBin but I love moving HUGE weight and you just can't do that with BBin, Some may argue this but this opion is from my own personal exp.
I will post my updates as I go, My weights will be insane in a short time as I was lifting very heavy for high reps, I should be able to go even heavier with less reps now.. My PB for ez-curls was 130Lbs for a set of 12 before I stopped..This should increase by a HUGE margin once I get back up to speed..
My cal intake should increase to a min of 4000 to start, then tamper off to around 5000-6000 in a few months..
Just thought I'd share my new decision with my Bros :)
