Andy Csiszar in collaboration with Alan (Hellspawn) will be running an Open Novice competition on Sunday the 18th May at the Southcliff Hotel, Folkestone, Kent. The contest will be open to members of any organization, but can also be used as a last chance qualifier for The BPC British in July, providing the lifter makes it clear that he wishes to do this on the day and pays a membership if he's a non member. There will also be a separate Push-Pull section, for strongmen competitors or any lifters who just want to have a go at this. For lifters who are not competing in the full lift meet at the British, this will also be a NECCESSARY QUALIFIER for The British Bench Press Championships, held in conjunction with the BPC British.
