I weigh low 180's and I am 5'9, I just started working out, I had a bad couple weeks and missed almost all my workout days, anyways I made a new routine and had my first real bench day, I did 135x10, 185x10, 205x10 and 225x8. I think I could have lifted heavier, it was more fatigue than my strength I think, maybe more weight less reps next time.
So thats where I am starting from, my goal is to put 60 pounds on my bench in the next 3 months, any suggestions?
I was thinking about pyramiding more, dropping reps and adding even more weight between sets. What do you think?
