I weigh low 180's and I am 5'9, I just started working out, I had a bad couple weeks and missed almost all my workout days, anyways I made a new routine and had my first real bench day, I did 135x10, 185x10, 205x10 and 225x8. I think I could have lifted heavier, it was more fatigue than my strength I think, maybe more weight less reps next time.

So thats where I am starting from, my goal is to put 60 pounds on my bench in the next 3 months, any suggestions?

I was thinking about pyramiding more, dropping reps and adding even more weight between sets. What do you think?

nice lift bro
might i ask what that was you were sniffing before one of the lifts?

is that so that your bugers don't come out when you exhale through your nose? or something to get you hyped?
