imo a great grip workout is farmers walk with towels, you dont need alot of weight just wrap the towel around the weight holding the ends of the towel and farmers walk it....or if there is any way you could get a thick bar thats my fav

yh mate heard thick bars might get one 3 inch i think yh gonna try that farmers walk today might some over head lifting and deadlifts maybe

another great workout is power cleans. They build up tremendous explosiveness. And personally the best way I have found to build grip strength is do all your exercises with no straps and like everyone has said, deadlifts, shrugs and so forth.

lol hi everyone back on here again yh gained a few pounds and my grip and my forearms i have seen big improvements i hang from a chining bar for about 2 mins which ok i have never used straps and haven't got any atm lmao wb all

trying to change new things for my routine should i do 4 days or 5 days routine should i sick to full body workout or biceps with triceps or mix up workout

well since it's going for strongman, base it around power and strength movements, but if u were going to do something along the lines of more bodybuilding i'd tell you to go for a 5 day split with arms as 1 day.

but i figure if they're worked indirectly and hardcore with other workouts, I see no point in having them as one day with a strongman routine

good, been a lil under the weather lately, but i'm bouncing back.

still at about 165-ish.

going home next week for summer and summer school so i'm gonna definitely be eating more and training harder.

i pressed 375lbs on the hammerstrength incline press. it was pretty cool. i got it for a couple reps.

other than that just training and eating whenever i can
