Just do your regular bench routine but with singels to find your bench shirt max. After that, do a lot of pyramid sets to build the max up every couple of weeks.

work up to a max effort triple raw 1-2 work sets of raw.

DO boards 1-3 sets

work up to a max effort triple with your shirt

do rack lockouts

6 weeks out from the meet go to doubles in the shirt and start doing your board work after your shirt work.

rack lockouts can be done every other wek if soreness and or recovery is an issue.
