how do u train like a power lifter? whats the rep range? i know in all the competitions and stuff they do one or maybe 2 reps but do they train like that ALL the time?
and how many calories and how much protien on average could we expect a Powerlifter to consume?

Back Extensions
Seated Rows
Upright Rows
Reverse Grip Pulldowns

Wednesday:
Squat
Leg Raises
Lunges
Step Ups
Leg Curls
Calf Raises
Lying Leg Curls

Thursday:
Bicep Curls
Preacher Curls
Concentration Curls
Hammer Curls
Tricep Pressdown
Kickbacks
French Press
One Arm Tricep Extensions

Friday, Saterday, Sunday= Off

First of all get a subscrition to Powerlifting USA. Then read it. They have a lot of good work outs in there and nutrition. Also a good rutine for a PL is the 5x5. Five sets for five reps. That is a good way to start out.
