Reverse Grip Pulldowns
Wednesday:
Squat
Leg Raises
Lunges
Step Ups
Leg Curls
Calf Raises
Lying Leg Curls
Thursday:
Bicep Curls
Preacher Curls
Concentration Curls
Hammer Curls
Tricep Pressdown
Kickbacks
French Press
One Arm Tricep Extensions
Friday, Saterday, Sunday= Off
*Do 3 sets of each exercise 6 - 10 reps*
