just to clear the air properly i would like to state that... "automatics" have been illegal since the 1930's. also "assault" weapons are fully automatic. just because a "semi-automatic" might look like say, an AK-47 or M16...it doesnt mean it is one! only by looks but doesnt function in the same way! stay educated!

I HATE OBAMA.....sorry just had to get that out. But my dad and i love guns. we love shooting at them looking at them and buying them lol. But i think obama trying to limit what kind of guns we can have based on the way it looks is the stupidest thing ive every heard. I wudnt be more scared because someone pulled a assult rifle on me instead of a hunting rifle or a revolver. OBAMA SUCKS and if u disagree sorry

There more to this world then the right to buy a certain type of gun. My view as my boyfriend votes for who is ever the most pro gun. Never thinks about what else the person stands for.

first off i agree with your bf lol. I kno theres more in this world besides guns. And i kno nobody, not even the president, is perfect. No matter what president we have we r going to disagree with some of their ideas, and it just so happens i disagree with most of Obama's ideas. Some of them including: nation health care, letting the illegal immigrants stay and get free stuff like health care and school. But since this post is about guns lets stick to that.

We have the right to keep and bear arms. The supreme court ruled that it would violate the second amendment to ban home possession of firearms. But this is what obama would like to happen. He would rather have all the power, take all our guns, and make it so we dont have a revolution agianst his sh*tty politics. But i dont think hes stupid enough to just come out one day and say "ok give us your guns, hes going to wait for another 9-11 to happen and use it as an exuse to take them. Hes going to say its for our safety and all that crap and say it will help stop terrorism. It might go all good till he gets down here. Down in Texas and Louisiana and missispi and all us southern states. I'd like to see him try and take our guns.

Obama is infringing on my rights because I can get $%!# for ammo. I don't care too much about making it difficult to buy carbine (we'll have a different president in 3-7 years who will change that rule), but what I do care about is the direction things are going with ammo tax. I can't shoot my guns because I can't find any F-ing ammo.

Obama stands for something else? Like what? National Health Care is a flop and will never happen with a 80% GDP ratio. ...isnt' that it? He wants to take away guns, tax ammo, and make a National Health Care. Sicne he can't do the third, he's gunning for the first two.
