The whole point of the stimulus package was to generate jobs and give people some money so they can spend back into the economy. Paying bills with a little extra cash wasn't exactly buying goods to stimulate the economy.

Considering the unemployment rate is higher, whether much time has passed or not isn't much of a good sign.

Besides we live in a democracy, right. I mean we voted this guy into office and can't really complain if he doesn't do much to help our country since the people said, we'll let Obama save us lol.

Hope, doesn't pay the bills. They want to stimulate our economy how about ending the war overseas? From what I've seen it's the number one place to cut money.

Here in California the first cuts were in education and education costs went from 20-26 dollars a unit. Not exactly the things we want to do since our educated youth will run this country one day.

Bring industry back to America. Its the only solution. They wont do that though, Big business are best friends with our congress and president and laws are designed to help them make record profit margins while we sell out our own country.

The problem is people who run big industry care more about making money than keeping jobs in the USA, that's why they cut jobs here and expand their companies out of the country.

This country is no longer ran by the people, the government is buying everything up to bail out these companies, while these companies pay CEO's like 550 times what the entry level workers make.

It's a sad situation and I am glad I am not in charge of fixing it, because we are in one seriously f'd up situation.
