The Uk sham Human Rights Laws

Today Peter Sutcliffe aka The Yorkshire Ripper who butchered 13 women and tried to kill 7 more is using the notorious Human Rights Laws to try to be released from Prison. The Human Rights laws originaly set up to preserve the rights of the commom man have been once again misused to put forward an insane bid to free a " beast" that preyed on vunerable women for over 5yrs. He has instructed his Barrister to set in a motion to set a day for his release on the grounds he is not mad anymore. ( he was detained under the mental health Act) Even if he is unsuccessful, this will cost vast ammounts of money from the tax payers to defend this " fiend". Not only is this heinious to allow this man to take this action, it takes the victims families through the grief again and why? so he can have his human rights, what about their bloody human rights to have some degree of closure from losing their loved one?

do you know the saying the lunatics are in charge of the Asylum? well our lunatics get paid massive ammounts of money and masquerade as politicians, but they are safe as they live in ivory towers secured away from the common man

The whole British government is fkd up right now, its a joke. People like him should pay with their life not time in jail or a mental institute. I bet if it was one of the politicials loved ones that died he wouldn't even be allowed to consider Human Rights Laws.

yep I agree robby, there would be a bill set forth and it would be actualised in double quick time, feel so sad for the families of the victims, this vile action has brought them back into the limelight again !

spot on mr bhana, it makes you wonder where are the human rights of the victims families not have to relive this horror because once the media circus starts they wont get any rest! I don't know about you, but I have lost all faith in criminal law and so called justice in our country! The lunatics are running the asylum!

yes i agree this country needs to get its act together and inforce this, i am a true believer of the death penalty. It being there may also prove to be some sort of deterrent

Totally right Adam, we learn by various methods and operant learning is one, where there is a consequence to an action, but if the consequence isnt severe enough to make the person learn then they carry on with their action. If we made Human rights a privaledge for law abiding folk, then we wouldnt need plush places to house prisoners, Im unsure about the death penalty but maybe your right and it has to be re-introduce in cases like the Ripper where there is no doubt. I mean what kind of sick society are we? to even consider affording this evil monster to contest his case?

I don't see why a country wouldn't have the death penalty. In my eyes humans lose their rights to be humans when they decide to play god.

We live in hippie times where people will shun a politician for changing his mind over a time period over a few years.
