Starting Asteroid Stack

My asteroid stack arrived earlier than I anticipated, got it on 15 AUG. So here are my numbers to begin. I’ll try to update every week. I was kinda sloppy with my eating last week and it reflects in my 1% BF increase, spent the last 6 mo. at 6.2 - 6.3% BF. Gotta be careful, Ill get fat....... My pic is 180lbs and 6.2% fat, just as a reference.

Thank you sir. Im not the biggest cat in the gym but I am one of the leanest. I would like to see 10lbs of muscle but this might be kinda high, we'll see what happens. Its tough when youre old..........

Nah its possible for sure with the full 12 weeks, if you wanted it faster than it would be iffy if you wanted to put that on in like 30 days.

Well you have to be realistic and understand that there are a lot of factors that come in to play. just because you take steroids doesnt mean that your diet can slack or you only have to hit the Gym once a week. Thats all I meant. Everyone is different. Just train hard eat good and you wont be sorry with this stack.

I am anxious to see your results that you will have in 12 weeks! If you use the same measurements it would be interesting to see the differences. This has the promise to be a high quality log.

I am too. I check myself every week and log them on a spread sheet so that I can track all work out changes and diet changes be it beneficial or otherwise. We have a tanita bc-418 and a bodpod at my gym. Even if the scale isnt 100% accurate it will detect changes. I wish I was nearing the end of the cycle and was huge, but I guess Ill have to wait 11 more weeks. THEN ILL BE HUGE!!!!! MWAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA

Im a week late with this post due to my work schedule. The numbers are ok, the real test will be the first post and the last post of the cycle. Im on my third week. I havent had any really good pumps, but what I have had is the desire to spend more time in the gym as well as i dont fatigue as quickly. I LIKE IT!!!! Cant wait to see what the coming weeks bring.....

I am a little leaner now than when I started at the expense of some muscle loss. Our gym was closed for a couple of days and im 1lb less hydrated now than before. That can affect the numbers. If the hydration was the same Im sure Id be at least the same numbers if not better. My arms did improve slightly. Now I need to spend more time getting my limbs to balance out. Dont wanna walk sideways cause one leg is bigger. I feel good and ppl have actually said "what ever youre doing is working cause you seem a little bigger". Only nine more weeks and ill be HUGE!!!!!

I will say one thing, being as lean as I am the slightest change is noticeable. If I was 15%bf my gains might be better, but id rather be ultra lean than big and smooth. Powerful is awesome used in conjunction with NO explode and nitrix.(I hope I can mention those products, im not pimpimg them its just what I happen to have right now) I think when its time ill try jackd. I have veins popping out everywhere and people take notice. I even heard someone make roid comments today. I just looked at them and smiled and kept pushing out the reps. people dont always believe when you tell them youre all natural. I wish I could be ten years younger and starting where I am now.... Hey Dex, whats your BF percentage?? Must be low with those abs....

I would have no problem providing a copy of my mil ID, enlistment contract or any other form of ID required for such proof. It all matches the cedit card that I use to complete my transactions. Just a thought.
