i like keeping my foods and timing constantly changing but macros are always within the same range
Prot = 220-260
Carbs = 80-120
Fat = 40-60
im cutting right now, i figure this will be a great supp for to take in the morning with my first carb meal to keep me out of catabolism and post with my dextrose/creatine/whey. Currently im on superpump, plasmagen, dextrose, ON Whey, high power creatine, multi vit, multi min, chromium, EC.
