Should be ok. In fact should help increase nutrient uptake especialy with Creatine.

Well, I guess the stuff doesn't grow on trees, and it DOES cost money. I was thinking you'd do like 5-6.

exactly, At least a full day. Everyone here gets on the board at different times of the day. Who ever does not win well make sure well have sampels soon as well. One days worth is more than enough to notice this product but for full body changes would take a week at least. I know I noticed a difference within 4 days.

Well we sponsor at other boards and may even do more free trials here but the two to begin with is also allowing us to gauge the popularity of participation. Participation has gone up and down here. I have seen other companies offer free products to log and not get one response. With that this is turning out good so far. We have 2 other products in production right now and at least we know we can count on BBD to back us up.

Well with me my diet is key since I sit in front of a computer all day. lol But what I noticed was a decrease in body fat or water if you will but I started to tighten up. What was more interesting was that it was full body composition. Let me give you an example. I hold more fat in my chest and waist than anything else. Not that much there but lets say if I was to go on a cut those two stubborn areas would be the last to go. Well in four days I noticed those two areas tighten up as well as everything. That sounds like some awesome results. I'm curious to see how this product would react in a bulk.

Good to hear you're taking in 2 applicants, I thought you guys were only doing 1 and that didn't make sense to me lol

I think that's a great idea, the more people the better. Not because of a greater chance to get free products but it would ensure the best results. Maybe one person might be a hard gainer and the other one not. A more diverse crowd would show some pretty promising results

Exactly. Also, people's dedication could be taken into consideration. Maybe one makes a detailed log and it's awesome and has great results, but the other guy has a bad month and reports terrible results.

I wouldn't want to insult any of the bros dedication but it's a possibility. If two people say it's good, and one says it's **** then that's more credible than a 50/50 split.

I think I would be great for this because!
Height: 5'7
Weight: 152
Goal: 160+
Routine: workout Monday-Friday. abs everyday
Mon: Chest
Tues: Bi's& Tri's (heavy cardio)
Wed: Back
Thurs: Forearms, traps, shoulders (heavy cardio)
Fri: Legs
If you need more details on workout just ask.
Eating habit: 6-7 meals a day.
no HUGE meals but they are decent size.
I would love to be a tester for this and future products I hope I get the chance!

180-185lbs after a carb up, 175-180 few days after
12-15% bf
Split
S - Legs
M - Chest + Bi's
T - off/cardio
W - Back + Rear Delts
T - Delts(anterior/lateral heads) + Tri's
F - Chest + bi's
S - off/Cardio

i like keeping my foods and timing constantly changing but macros are always within the same range
Prot = 220-260
Carbs = 80-120
Fat = 40-60
im cutting right now, i figure this will be a great supp for to take in the morning with my first carb meal to keep me out of catabolism and post with my dextrose/creatine/whey. Currently im on superpump, plasmagen, dextrose, ON Whey, high power creatine, multi vit, multi min, chromium, EC.

Alright, why not:

Weight: 210
Bodyfat**: 14%
Height: 6'2"

Goals: Currently bulking as I am trying to increase my lean body mass to 190 before I cut down again to rebulk back up, and cut down again... (it is an ongoing process)

Training Split:
Sunday - High Intensity Interval Training with resistance
Monday - Shoulders and Traps
Tuesday - Back and Biceps
Wednesday - High Intensity Interval Training with resistance
Thursday - Chest and Triceps
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps

Diet:

Bulking
400g Protein
400g Carbohydrates
80g Fat

Anything else?

I talk weekly progress pictures of my front, side, and back to monitor progress as well as my weekly dry morning weight, and I do this every Sunday (this upcoming Sunday is my 64th week). You may also recall that I created a "log" of Phenadrine, I did not discontinue it but I do not plan on using Phenadrine until I cut again, so no more updates until then.

**My bodyfat at the moment is inaccurate, I will be getting the body composition done tomorrow as I do it every third week on Thursday. I will post my update then.**

Goal- Still bulking currently looking to hit 270 to 275 before cutting.

Training-
Mon-Chest and abs
Tues- Back and calves
Wed- Legs and abs
Thurs- Rest
Fri- Biceps and Triceps
Sat- Delts and calves
Sun- Rest

Diet- usual day not to strict but usually pretty close to this.

Meal One 9:00 or whenever i wake up-2 tbsp honey and 2 scoops protein

Meal Two 9:30 -3 whole eggs 4 egg whites, one baked potatoe, three pieces whole wheat toast (with butter)

Meal Three 11:00- 100 grams oatmeal or grits with chicken/steak/ or protein shake.

Meal Four 1:30- Usually some sandwiches with protein shake. Or go to restaurant.

Meal Five(preworkout) 4:30- 50 grams grinded oats with banana and protein shake all blended up together.

Meal Six(postworkout)- 60 grams dextrose 40 grams whey protein. 1 cup pineapple.

Meal Seven 30 minutes later- Whatever the woman has cooked up for me!

Meal Eight Before bed 11:00- 50 grams casien protein.
