question...I looked at the incredients, and am unsure if any of the incredients are forms of ephedra...sometimes it sneaks up on me

Also, if i add a couple 8 mg capsules of ephedra to this stack, do you think that might be too much? 8 mg is a pretty low dose of ephedra, and is actually used for treating nasal congestion, however I dont want to put myself at risk.
Also what about Yohimbine? The reason I'm asking is because both ephedra and yohimbine are dirt cheap, so if it is safe I would add one of those in for sure just in case

It doesnt contain any Ephedra that I know of. You would be safe there nor Yohimbine. Im not really a fan of Yohimbine myself .

Methyl-synephrine is close to ephedrine, but in no way is it a form of ephedrine. I would look into a green tea extract over yohimbine.

Well its cheap and effective, I liked taking green tea extract and I don't like yohimbine because I have heard that it makes you have to go to the bathroom a lot.

Yeah lol, if your ok with it than go for it.. check out Primaforce on Orbit they have a few products that are pretty cheap and will help with fat loss.

I've been on Phenadrine/DCP for 3 days and have noticed a huge difference in my appearance. I have not lost any weight (put on 1 pound) but I look dry and tight. And the energy level is fantastic as well, it isn't the bounce off the wall jittery energy either.

Yes but I would say to not use a stim based NO since your already using the Phenadrine. Look into APS Plasmagen. Has great feedback and there is no stimulants in it.
