SERMs are highly recommended for all ph pcts. that's the best way to keep your gains.

I used nolva for my spawn pct. overall i gained 20 lbs and kept 15 lbs of it.

for more harsh ph cycles. i would recommed using 6oxo with either nolva or clomid

could you use just a 6 OXO by itsself for pct? and are there phs that do no aromatize when your on them?

most prohormones do not aromtize into etrogen. most labels will tell you that.

Havoc would be a great first prohormones and I would go with Clomid over Nolva. Just make sure to read up on cycle support and educate yourself before doing any type of PH cycle.

Cosign. Nolva would work though if for some reason you can't get your hands on clomid. I spent months researching before I started my first ph cycle. I'm still doing research now too. You can never know too much

also havoc is a good beginner ph, very mild and will get good gains for first timer. just run clomid and creatine during pct and you should keep most your gains.

i wouldnt try and stack compounds for you first cycle. just try somethin thats mild like havoc. everyone's body is going to react differently

stack with hdrol, it is also mild and acts like oral turnabol. id you have ran var this should be good for you. or run the new ultra mass stack from aps. its a combo of phs.

I'm just finishing 2 weeks on H-drol. My weight is around the same but I have lost a good amount of fat and my muscles are more muscular looking. I'm hoping to start getting the weight gains in the next 4 weeks of my cycle.

For sure my strength is up. I have increased all of my personal best lifts, things I would rep 2,3 or 4 times I can now do full sets with. Even if I don't gain a lot of weight I am still happy considering I've gained some muscle and lost fat. I'll be interested to see what a month more on it will do for me. Regardless the rate I've gone up in strength is more than just natural increases.

Today I did a set with 90 pounds more than I usually squat and we're talking 2 weeks later, not months of training.

Hell yeah bro really good progress. Keep us posted. I think your superman days will becoming shortly as I notice these compounds kick in rather strong in the 3rd week.

I'm doing it for 6 weeks total so if week 3 is kick ass, I hope to be moving some iron weeks 5 and 6. The smith machine at my school we do squats on will only hold six 45's per side, I did 5 per side today and maxing out anything is a great feeling, 90 pounds more to go

My favorite PH's were super mastervol, and testanate 50 stack, and m-drol and h-drol stack so far.

Eager to see what that mass stack will do once I get around to ordering it.

to tell you the truth im only actually 19, just wonderin would h-drol or havoc do any growth stunting or any bad sides at my age or is it fine?

Wait until your 21. I did my first PH when I was 19, didn't notice any bad sides thankfully but realized how important it was after lots of research to wait until at least 21. I was dumb and just really eager to try it out, do your research and don't make the same mistake I did

Nolva and clomid are def a must with cycles, some things such as havoc can be taken without them but its still not recommended. Go to the steroid section and read around some you will find out sooooo much.

no that would not be a good pct for spawn. you need a serm to get your test levels back up to normal.
