a few questions:

1. should i take anabolic pump, then wait 15 minutes and eat a meal and take prime with the meal?

2. is it ok to take anabolic pump eat a meal with carbs, and then later on eat a meal with just prime? for instance i got home from my workout today and noticed i don't have any chicken breasts so i went ahead and took the anabolic pump and began to cook the chicken, 15 min later i ate oats. Should i just take prime with the chicken breast or.... what?

1. Yes.

2. Yes. That is fine. I think you should always have carbs + proteins with AP though.

3. I have 60 g of complex carbs + 30 - 40 g of protein. Oats, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta for carbs. Cottage cheese, whey protein, chicken, steak, eggs, etc. for protein.

started taking my stack this past monday...
working great so far...
when i opened the powerfull bottle, all the bills had brown powder on them. then i found out why...one of the pill capsules cracked.
yesterday i found another one cracked.
i'll let you guys know as i go along if i find anymore cracked pills...

Please do bro, weve had this happen before with the powerfull for some reason. Not sure why. I think the capsules themselves are super sensitive, maybe to help with it disolving quicker, just a guess. Keep us updated.

Just follow the directions on each of the individual bottles:

PowerFULL = 5 days on 2 days off

Anabolic pump = everyday.

Prime = 5 days on 2 days off OR 7 days per week.

yea I had tha same problem opened my bottle of powerfull and brown powder all over the pills and today I found a broke one

Well today is about my 3rd week on the asteroid stack and I am really starting to notice the gains pretty good...

bodyweight has increased from 170lbs to 175lbs+ (currently at 176.8lbs)

Bench Max has increased from 265lbs(fresh max) to 275lbs+ (Thats after doing my normal 5x5 with 225 and 1x5 with 235 that I tried maxing) need to do a fresh max to truely see...

5x5 Dumbell press went from using 70lbs DB's to using 85lbs DB's

5x5 Squats went from using 225lbs to 275lbs (havent maxed on squats)

and overall all the weight just feels much lighter I cant wait to further progress in my stack!!!
