i received my stacks on time as promised. thanks guys for all ur help and getting it here so fast and the shirt looks great. the meal plan that came w/ the anabolic pump is a life saver cause im the worse when it comes to designing one. im gonna start it on monday cause my band is playing a show saturday night and i know ill have a beer or two and i dont know the effects yet. but i might start it today i have to read all the info that came with everything. heres the routine im gonna use for the first 6weeks b4 i change it up. it has some changes with some help the the guys on the training forum

monday- chest
Warm up with presses to warm up the chest, delts and tris.
inc bb press 4x10-12
flat bb press 4x10-12
peckdec or crossovers 3x10-12

tuesday-back
DEADLIFTS 5x 6-12
pullups 5sets to fail
reverse grip bentover row 5x10-12
Hyperextensions

weds- rest day

thurs- bi'sand tri's
warmup lght cable curl 2x15
standing bb curl 4x8-12
preacher curl 4x8-12
French press where it's over your head and you lay on bench 4x 8-12
Close grip bench press 4x 8-12
Rope pressdowns 3x 8-12 reps

fri- legs and abs
warmup lght leg ex 2x12-20
squats 6x10-12
SLDLs 6x 8-12
Leg press or front squats 4x 8-12 re[s
seated or standing calf raises 7x10 (Do stairs for your calve and running work better than calf raises.
cable crunch
hanging leg raises
machine oblique twists

sat- shoulders and traps
warmup lght machine press 2x15-20
smith rear delt row 4x10-12
smith upright row 4x10-12
db overhead press 4x10-12
smithmachine shrug 3x10-12
inc db shrug @ 70degrees 3x10-12
inc db shrug @ 45degrees 3x10-12

sunday- restday

idk if its a couincidence or what but ive been taking the stack for 2 days(and love it) but im peeing like crazy ever since i started. im still drinking a gallon a day of water. is there anything in there that makes u loose water weight maybe?

well its been a week since i started taking the stack and been using JACKED as my preworkout drink. im feeling great and looking and feeling harder than ever already. u do feel like the alpha in the gym its great. its crazy u get done bustin ass liftin heavy and hard but at the end of the workout u wanna go through it again but u know itd be overtraining so u dont haha one thing though i havent experienced that amazing sleep that everyones talking about. 5-6hrs a night i just cant fall asleep but thats kinda normal

well the insomnia is getting worse. went to bed at 11:30 last night and just layed there till about 4:30 or 5am. and gettin pretty short tempered. will the hgh release from the powerfull cause this?

What time are you taking Jacked? The stimulants in Jacked may make it hard for you to fall asleep if you take it too close to bed time.

PowerFULL would not cause you to have trouble falling asleep.

The most likely cause to your short temper is the lack of sleep. Reply and I will see if I can help further.

That sucks man. Try and decrease your dosage of Jacked. Report back and let's see how a decreased dosage works.

i decreased it a few days ago to 2 scoops. i have actually goton some sleep the last 2 nights. i made my last meal of the day smaller too but idk if that was it or not.

1cup almonds(i took these out cause maybe it was giving me to much energy b4 bed idk)
