i just bought a tub today cause i'm on a business trip and needed something. since the tub is rather small it was enough for what i needed.

i did some research about it and it seems to be pretty good. price per serving is on par with everything else on the market like it...

I use ON whey protein.. Synta-6.. I need more creatine.. Kre stuff is next..

I'm looking at NO explode or Superpump250000..lol,, 250..

anyone have any suggestions.. I'm all ears guys..

Syntha 6 is good. Im really loving Myogenix Evolution Chocolate flavor. To me it taste better than Syntha and its a bit leaner. I hear legal gears new protein tast pretty great as well.

As far as creatine, stick with mono unless you want to try Kre-Alkylin. You can be the lab rat and do a log

I have creatine mono right now.. Just keepin my options open to new stuff.. My ? is even if I do a log for the Kre-Alkylin.. How would I know if it's the change in my or my mood or my intensity.. you know what I'm saying??
