Goals: Currently bulking as I am trying to increase my lean body mass to 190 before I cut down again to rebulk back up, and cut down again... (it is an ongoing process)

400g Carbohydrates
80g Fat

I talk weekly progress pictures of my front, side, and back to monitor progress as well as my weekly dry morning weight, and I do this every Sunday (this upcoming Sunday is my 64th week). You may also recall that I created a "log" of Phenadrine, I did not discontinue it but I do not plan on using Phenadrine until I cut again, so no more updates until then.
**My bodyfat at the moment is inaccurate, I will be getting the body composition done tomorrow as I do it every third week on Thursday. I will post my update then.**
