I use some post workout stuff called Afterglow by Biorythm. The only place I have found it is MaxMuscle and it is quite pricey. It has great reviews and tastes delicious. yeah it is very popular. I have some of the vanilla cherry coming in, should be today. Really wanted to get the Vanilla PB but i guess it is backordered since it sold so good. They only had the 2lb and are know getting the 4lb of the VPB which is what is taking some time i guess.

Should be avavliable soon though.

yeah thats what we heard that the 4lb pb vanilla is holding up the 2lb pb vanilla.
