Hey guys I just wanted to start this thread in support of all our customers here at BBD. If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to address them here unless they are a little more personal which in that case you are always welcome to PM myself or one of my reps.

Also feel free to post any product requests. If we dont have it on our site, we will do our best to get it for you.

Agian thank you everyone here at BBD who has helped support us. With out you guys we wouldnt be in business and for that we are very thankful

I don't need any customer support right now, but I do want to let everyone know that they are in good hands ordering from Orbit. I tried to order some stuff a while ago and the website wouldn't let me complete the order. Teamorbit just made sure everything got shipped immediately and called me up later to get the payment info. Order from Orbit!!

great customer service for sure. I had an issue with one of my orders and without any hesitation orbit himself jumped on the issue and took care of it right away. He was very personable with it all and very appologetic (sp) and helped me complete the order and he is always there with good recomendations for products if your unsure of what to get. he hasnt let me down ever. just wanted to say thanks bro.

this type of super personalized support is what helps to set orbit apart from the rest of the nutrition sites. Great job Orbit the details like this are what is going to make you go big and maintain really loyal customers!

I ask because Im the biggest guy at my gym and most gyms I go to and get asked all the time what I take and where I get it. I get asked about my BBdungeon.com shirt often as well. I figure for every 1 who asks there are 9 who wonder so making us all into walking advertisements could be a good idea. I wear a Large or XL. thanks :)

Nice man, Ill see if we have any XL or larges in stock. I think were out. Were working a newer design that we plan on selling. PM me with your mailing info and if I can find a large or XL Ill get one out to ya. Thanks man for the support

Just want to say I really enjoyed the customer service that Orbit Nutrition has given me, TO even offered to get my order ready prior to me ordering it so it could be sent out instantaneously, and he even surprised me with a free t shirt! Definitely ordering my next wave of supplements from Orbit Nutrition! Highly recommended!!

I just ordered my supplements, got a chance to talk to the MAN himself...Armando... I accidentally woked him up by calling a bit to early.. See I'm on the East coast and He's on the West coast..Duhhh... But we talked and my order is placed...
