He has (or had) a pretty good physique, I personally feel that this is what should be represented on stage now a days, and not 290 lb. mounds of shit.

Why would pro-bodybuilders ask advice from someone who is smaller, most likely weaker, and not as decorated with awards and money as they? They got bigger than Charles Glass doing the things they have already done for so many years, and they ask a smaller guy for advice? Don't get me wrong I bet he was a great champion back in his hay-day, but, it's almost as if the pros were taking a step backward instead of forward. Someone please enlighten me on this subject.

He knows how to really isolate a muscle part, instead of using supporting muscles. He can give you better results than you want and his workouts are hardcore and exhausting. Everyone he has trained has said that...like Flex and Chris. It has nothing to do if you're smaller or don't lift as much as others...if you have better physique then them and lift at your maxes, then everything else doesn't matter!!!

Oh, and why would he want to be as big as some bodybuilders are right now, he's not competing, so there's no point to be as big or bigger then they are!!!

He probably charges everyone the same. At Gold's, trainers charge $100 half an hour. You should ask him... Charles Glass !!!

Oh Pain, btw, it's Charles Glass. One "S"!!!

Who are the best coaches in ANY sport? The guys who could show up with no understanding of the game and score points at will because of pure talent? Or the guys with average talent who had to understand every tiny detail of the game, why people would react a certain way, etc. to make it in the pros? It's the guy who learns, and keeps learning when he's done playing and starts coaching.

It's the same thing with Glass. He's put a big slab of muscle on to an ectomorphic frame, and figured out how to do it with average genes. Did you notice none of those pros in his days had the big distended belly or the ability to flucuate their weight by 80 lbs from off-season to competition. Maybe the pros these days have a little 'help' that hadn't been as refined in Glass' competitive days?

This is the most stupid thing I've ever heard.
Imagine your're at the gym some guy who is bigger than you is doing barbells curls but on eacht excentric part of the movemt he bent down, like a japanese greeting each other and then uses his lower back to cheat the back up, even wears a belt! You know that is technique is garbage, and you're right...but wait, that's not possible accoring to you, because he's bigger than you, so you can't explain him to do the movent, because that would be a step back for him, wouldn't it?
