You have to think that arnold was 70's bodybuilder.In that time mass was not so important.Now days Arnold would be much bigger and ripped.If you look Ronnie's bone structure he has narrow shoulder bone structure but he has very big delt's.Arnold had almost perfect bone structure.Now days no one has so good looking pecs.In the 70's bodybuilders look healthy but now days they use so much steroids that cant be healthy.But i have to say that Ronnie is king of mass.

I think they are refuring to the New Improved Encyclopedia Of Modern Bodybuilding. Thats the one i have anyway, its like 800 pages,lol its great, everything from exersizes to contest prep, plus pics from his comp days. i give it 2 thimbs up

This is a side effect of the extreme levels of gear in his system.
Steroids will cause his organs to swell and he may have subfat, below the abdominals, also a side effect.
