That pic with him and Arnold is awesome. You can see why Arnold was so driven by the guy and what really shaped his physique. Sergio looks like a mature lion, look at his damn paws, and Arnold looks like a young pup.

i would love to know his diet, i know back then they didnt have any supplements...

I guess he rarely ate clean , I recall reading somewhere he used to eat whatever he wanted and washed it down with a 2 liter of Coke , and he was still realtively lean .

Yeah I've also read some stories about Sergio having such a fast metabolism that he ate all kinds of junk and still stayed lean. Imagine what he'd look like with today's diet, supplements, and yes, advancements in drug use.....I can't even imagine what kind of a monster he'd be!
