if he needed legs, he would've had them, but that was not the "grading criteria" from the early 70s.

I completely agree arnold was awesome, but he didnt have legs, and to sya he would of is just not the truth, mabye he woulda had the best legs of all time, but if legs werent in back then, then explain tom platz. He came along and shat one everybody in the leg department.
