Hey guys I had a question about me being sick and currently in a bulking diet. Well I've been sick with a sore throat but I've also been throwing up, should I still continue to eat my foods (bulk food) or should I just continue to eat what I can even though I mite just throw it up. Thanks In advance! Being sick sucks!

If your stomach can't handle it then don't eat it or your symptoms will get worse. Stick with foods that are soothing such as soups or things of that nature. Then once recovered, get back on track.

Seek medical attention if you think it may be an infection. Your welcome.

whenever i get sick i basically stop my eating and weighlifting routines, and do whatever necessary to recover. i dont think missing 3-4 days is gonna kill you, however trying to fight thru the sickness will IMO. i would rather miss a workout or two to get back to 100%
