Hey I wanted to know if any of you guys do theses things:

A- Mixing coffee with whey in morning and/or as a pre-workout shake; (I put whey and creat. mono. in a big cup of coffee)
B- Putting raw egg whites (pasteurized) in post-workout shake and mix with skim milk instead of water to have many proteins sources (i put crea. mono. and glucose too)

Theses tips help me save time and money. I dont have to by a lot of supplements and stuff. (like differents types of proteins powders, pre/post-workout shakes)

You shouldnt put milk in your postworkout shake due to the fgact that:
1)the creatine is becomes usless when mixed with lactose
2) it slows down digestion postworkout when thats the time to shuttle a ton of nutrients into your body

How come lactose interfere with creatine absorption ?

It makes the absorption rate hours instead of 30 minutes which is crucial for PWO or Pre. Milk with whey any other time would be ok.

No problem, I drank it with milk for over 2 years then found out that I was doing it all wrong... Besides, water with it really isn't that bad.. after the first dozen shakes lol.
