definately could use some tweaking in this for cutting bro.
1how many eggwhites for breakfast
2. drop the apple or banana due to sugars, use them postworkout
3. how much tuna?
4. add the fruit from snack1 to postworkout
5.drop the fruit and cottage cheese before bed.
6. do a shake with olive oil before bed.

230 lbs = roughly 3100-3200 cals (maintenance approx. 3700)

should take about 320g protein considering your bodyweight, which puts you at 1280 cals. if you are not on low carb diet, 320g carbs as well puts you at 2560 cals total, which leaves around 60-65g fats. these numbers will decrease proportionally as you lose weight

Protein alone will not save you from losing muscle mass. Generally, protein is muscle-sparing but only to a limit. Your overall calorie deficit is a bigger determinant of how much muscle you will retain.

Slow and steady wins the race in cutting
