1how many eggwhites for breakfast
2. drop the apple or banana due to sugars, use them postworkout
3. how much tuna?
4. add the fruit from snack1 to postworkout
5.drop the fruit and cottage cheese before bed.
6. do a shake with olive oil before bed.
