Early morning cardio?

Ok here's my deal. Im pretty sure I'm gonna start doing cardio in the morning and lifting after work. My question is, should I do a quick breakfast before I hit the gym and do my cardio or wait till I'm done and do cardio on an empty stomach which I would find prolly kinda hard? Latley I've been making a shake with whey, frozen bananna, and freezing a thing of yogurt and blending it all together real fast in my magic bullet. I'm currently trying to cut.

people will tell you different things about fasted cardio. i personally had no problem with it, when i did morning cardio and afternoon lifting. try it out both ways, its more personal opinion. if i were you i would do something like a powerbar pre-cardio and shake post.

No fasted cardio, the beneficial effects of cardio come after cardio is completed. Even if you do fasted cardio and do low intensity, you're using mostly fat to fuel it. Eating will boost metabolism in the morning, surely the boost will counteract any suspected or theorized fasted techniques.
