Ok here's my deal. Im pretty sure I'm gonna start doing cardio in the morning and lifting after work. My question is, should I do a quick breakfast before I hit the gym and do my cardio or wait till I'm done and do cardio on an empty stomach which I would find prolly kinda hard? Latley I've been making a shake with whey, frozen bananna, and freezing a thing of yogurt and blending it all together real fast in my magic bullet. I'm currently trying to cut. |
