Cosign. One easy way to add on calories is to whip up a huge shake at some point during the day. A cup or two of oats, some bananas and a scoop or two of whey. Throw in some
ice cubes and
BAM! You could also increase your post-workout carbs. Increasing your fat intake is an easy way to get extra calories. Some peanut butter, olive oil, or red meat does the trick.
