Hey, so I'm 17 right now, I've been lifting since I was about 14, but actually started lifting "wisely" for about a month or two. Before, I completely ignored nutrition and diet, and just loaded up on creatine, which I was taking for about 5 or 6 months. Right now I want to start cutting, I'm 230 right now, and i wanna get down to around 200 so I can bulk up again.
I've stopped taking creatine, and now I'm on an NO product that doesn't have any creatine (it's called
White Flood). I changed up my routine a little bit. I'm doing dropsets for almost all of my exercises, 8-12 reps. But I really need to figure out a diet to stick to. I want to get cut, but also maintain, if not maximize, my strength. Any suggestions?
