As the title suggests i need more ideas for food to take to work.
I already cook the food on sunday nights for the week ahead but need more ideas as im carbing up again.
Need foods that will be good to last 2-3 days and can eat cold as im on the road alot and its gunna be all in containers.
At the mo is pasta and tuna, breads, chicken. Need, or would like more more potatoe and rice.
Any suggestions on mixes would be grateful.

Baby SPinach salad with chicken/turkey/steak. If you can find some healthy crutons (wheat maybe, idk dont use them myself) Eat it cold or if you get the chance microwave it.

You can make some rice like sushi, that is cold rice, but put it with chicken or something.

I am, and continue to utilize this method for my work days. I end up varying the meals by cooking the chicken breasts (or steak or ground beef) cutting it into bite size pieces after it has cooled (steak as well, but not the ground beef obviously) then put that and my pasta (or rice) in a gladware container along with some veggies (or salad). Shake well and have all 3 things im looking to eat in a meal in one container, already precut so all I need to do is get a plastic fork and start eating. I can store it in a fridge at work or a cooler, and can add a dressing if need be.

Edit: I also do this with fruit (mixed) and it keeps well. Can hard boil eggs and use that as your protein also.

Keep pre-scooped baggies of Protein powdered and a shaker and gallon of water on hand in case you can not get a meal in, with some nuts. I do that, the vanilla protein looks like i carry coke around making big deals, lol.
