well as far as cals u nead atleast 2200-2500 thats what i call the normal peoples calorie intake. bodybuilding u eat alot of calories adding a few hundred calories to your diet every cuple weeks b.c your body ajust and then u nead to feed it more id say 4 a cuting diet since u run alot and do jui jitsu alot of complex carbs wud be good like a 50/30/20 carb/protien/fat%. stay away from trans and saturated fats. how many calories u nead can only realy be figured out by u. based on ur matabolism, how active u are, do u lift? u nead atleast enough cals to get u energy 4 ur daily routines, id start one week at 2500 cals aday spread thru 6-8 meals, then increase the cal intake. the mirors ur best friend every couple weeks look at where uv gaind or lost fat. gaining fat means deacreas your fat intake a loss of fat means stay where ur at. also when cuting u usualy loose sum muscle. so deffinatly weight train
