Im taking a week off of working out, should I keep eating like I normally do, and keep getting as much protein as I am or should I lighten up a bit?

not a dumb question at all.
it depends on what your goal is
if your currently trying to cut then just adjust the carbs and cal keep the protein about the same.
if your trying to bulk opposite.

other will chime in and give some more feed back.

Why are you taking a week off? To give your body some rest?
Well, whatever the reason, you should be eating like you normally do. Your body is still going to be recovering, so it's going to need the calories and nutrients.

Allow me to clarify myself: You should be eating like you normally do, keeping in mind what you normally do is what you should be doing. If your diet is crap to begin with, don't continue to have a crap diet. You get the point.

IMO, I would get some clomid over nolva. I tried nolva for my first cycle of epi/tren, and then did clomid for my pplex/tren cycle, and the clomid helped recover a lot quicker than the nolva did. If you choose to go with nolva, make it 40/40/20/20, or for clomid, 50/50/25/25.

I would probably do 10 mg of sdrol for the first couple of days as well, just to get your body warmed up ya know?

Glad to see you've done some research though

Ive tried Clomid and I wasnt a huge fan of blurred vision and feeling like I wanted to drive my car off a cliff.....so i thought about testing the water with nolva....also remember that more is not always better when it comes to SERMS.

That dosing of nolva and the TRS stack+Forslean should be good, I value your opinion though and would love to hear what others have to say

what dosages were you running with clomid that made you feel like that? I didn't experience anytype of depression with 50 mgs of clomid. However, I have heard some people having issues with anything more than 50.

As far as the nolva dosing goes, that's pretty much that standard dosing protocol when it comes to superdrol, just because it's so harsh and causes shutdown more than others.

I'm sure some other people will chime in. What are your stats and what other cycles have you run?

not dumb inquisitive, i feel that times of rest are great times to also give your digestive track a rest. Tiem to swithc up sources and possibly lower the amounts a little bit, you must remember your body doesnt think day to day it thinks OVERALL, so if your diet is lacking something it would be a great time to substitute your lacking nutrients for your surplused nutrients

eat for the day ahead of you, bussy day= more food needed

Definitely keep eating, your still growing and recovering if you been training hard. Plus your obviously looking to gain mass with sdrol. Im like you in that I dont like clomid, I felt like a mess on that stuff every time I took it. Nolva was always my choice but thats me. I do know that alot of people use it pct with great results. I know they work totally different too.
Good luck man, log it! Sdrol should give you nice gains. I would run some milk thistle post cycle as well

I was going to recommend getting some Competitive Edge Labs Cycle Assist. I don't run anything without it
