7.00AM- 4 cretaine caps pro
creatine E2
7.30AM- 150g oats, 6 egg whites (1-2 yolks), 1 scoop whey, pro vital caps
9.30AM- 150g oats, 2 scoops pro fuel, 3 scoops protein
11.30AM- 150g rice/pasta, 150g chicken/tuna/turkey, loads of salad
1.30AM- same as 11.30AM
3.30PM- pro mr sachet, 2 scoops pro fuel
5.00PM- train, after training pro mass
7.00PM- same as 11.30 but with veg instead of salad
8.30- 4 creatine caps pro creatine E2
9.00Pm- 2 scoops caesin, 2 scoops pro fuel
Works out at about around 4000kcal 560carbs 380 protein 40 fat
Im about 190lbs at 12% bf 19yr old been training serious for year and half bout yr and half before that not really knowing to much just finished cutting now want to bulk before getting ready to do my first contest natural at first lol to young for gear yet thanks guys.
