Hey guys well right now I'm still currently on my cutting diet I'm 6'4 228 and I started at 6'4 242. Anyways I'm on my last 2-3 weeks of my cut diet and just wanted to see If you guys can help me out make my cut diet like into a bulk diet I wanna know in advance so I can pretty much know how my bulk diet will kinda look like so I can start preparing. Theses are my cut diet stats right now...

6'4, 228lbs

calories=2,500
protien= 300
carbs= 150
fats= 70

In my bulk about how much carbs and calories should I be in-taking? Well since I'm pretty big and tall! I know my protein and fats but carbs and calories don't really know , well anyways here is my cut diet as follows:

Meal 1 7 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal

Meal 2 3 cans tuna and whole wheat bagel

Meal 3 lean turkey ham and veggies

Meal 4 lean ground turkey and veggies

*Workout*
Pow shake Whey protien

Meal 5 chicken breast with brown rice

Meal 6 cottage cheese with peanut butter

You guys have helped me with a cut diet and also a maintain diet and know since I'm about two weeks till I start my bulk diet I wanted to know like an example of how my bulk diet would kinda look. Thanks in advance guys!

just increase your carbs gradually till you hit 500 over maintenance then its up to you how many Cal's you want to consume.
fat i OK maybe 80g
protein is fine maybe 350g some might say 400 personally i think its to much
carbs between 300g to 500g

Ok thanks guys and yeah stalion my cut diet is not done yet still got about 3 weeks left :-( lol I've lost 12lbs already getting leaner but need about 5-10 more pounds to loose, and then I start a bulk diet =-)
