Wondering if anyone else here has jacked up scheduels that make getting full nutrition a little bit harder...Im trying to up to 4,000 cals a day but damn its a pain in the ass...

i have to be at work at 5:30am got about a 30 min drive...gota wake up around 4 to get a good breakfast...

bust ass at work all day...get home around 5:00pm

squeeze in work out, time with kids, few more meals then bed at 8:30-9:00

What are some good on the run clean foods to add in some cals...????

Yo your lucky cuz you have a longer day than most people, I know being a Marine and all. Since your up longer you have more time to eat. Good food on the run for bulking is, I've said it before and I'll say it again, natty pb sandwiches on good wheat bread. Also cans of tuna, raw unsalted nuts, make your own protien bars. There's countless reciepes you can find online.

Up at 5:30 am, bed at 8:30-9 pm. That works out to be 15 hours, not 10 hours. You can definitely get all of your food in if you eat every 2 - 3 hours. I bring with myself a cooler of all of my food for the day, you can do the same as well.

the homemade protein bars and cookies are the best way along with the shakes for something quick.
But eating a chicken sandwich or can of tuna on the run is also pretty simple. **** I eat 2 cans of chicken in waldens barbeque sauce in my truck as Im driving from school to the gym.
