Ok guys, looking for some feedback on my diet for cutting. I'm 6'3" 270lbs as of this morning...starting weight was 280 about 1 month ago. I do cardio pretty much 6 days a week, 2 days intense cardio and every 3rd day is light to moderate.
Diet:
Meal 1: 5 eggwhites, 1/3 cup Cream of Wheat
Meal 2: 2 scoops protein powder
Meal 3: 2 cans of chicken(12 oz) 1 cup brown rice, can of green beans
Meal 4: 2 scoops protein powder
Meal 5: 2 cans of chicken, 1 can of green beans
Meal 6: 2 scoops protein powder
Supps:
- Mondays, Wed, and Fridays I take 60mg of winny tabs
- 25 mg Cytomel every morning
- Multi-vitamin, milk thistle, and i've also been taking 2 servings of Animal cuts....I bought it so I figured i'd use it.
-2 scoops Dark Matter for post-workout

I would def cut back on protein powders and get some real meals in there. Like on meal 6 you can have cottage cheese with peanut butter. Meal 4 you can add come lean ground turkey with some carbs. Add more veggies besides green beans but try to get them fresh veggies. You also need to add more carbs since your a pretty big guy.

Ok, I was just cutting carbs to try and lose bf...it. Worked pretty well last time, but I'll definitely give it a go. As far as carbs go for meal 4, would you say some brown rice would be sufficient? And I'm assuming for veggies, go with more broccoli or asparagus. Thanks for the reply

Yeah broccoli and asparagus are good! and on meal 4 you can try whole wheat pasta for crabs. Remember 3 or 4 of your meals should consist of veggies
