Ok guys, looking for some feedback on my diet for cutting. I'm 6'3" 270lbs as of this morning...starting weight was 280 about 1 month ago. I do cardio pretty much 6 days a week, 2 days intense cardio and every 3rd day is light to moderate.
Diet:
Meal 1: 5 eggwhites, 1/3 cup Cream of Wheat
Meal 2: 2 scoops protein powder
Meal 3: 2 cans of chicken(12 oz) 1 cup brown rice, can of green beans
Meal 4: 2 scoops protein powder
Meal 5: 2 cans of chicken, 1 can of green beans
Meal 6: 2 scoops protein powder
Supps:
- Mondays, Wed, and Fridays I take 60mg of winny tabs
- 25 mg Cytomel every morning
- Multi-vitamin, milk thistle, and i've also been taking 2 servings of
Animal cuts....I bought it so I figured i'd use it.
-2 scoops Dark Matter for post-workout
