Hey how do you guys come off of a cut? Do you just go right into a high carb/cal diet or do you work yourself into it?

Go slow. A sudden rise in calorie intake will put on a lot of fat, since your body has been starving for the past few months.

I don't like to separate my cutting and bulking too far off, depending on things I will either cut or bulk for two weeks, then bulk or cut for one and cycle that.
