Alrighty then. For something simple I'd go with
1. 6 egg whites, 1 cup of oats, 1 banana, 2 whole grain toasts(optional), fruit.
2. Whey shake mixed in water, some sort of complex carb like barley, maize, or a bagel pre workout.
WORKOUT
3. Last whey shake of the day here mixed in water, dextrose or waxy maize starch, fruits for simple carbs.
4. Chicken breasts and or Red meat, brown rice and vegetables.
5. Tuna or whatever fish you please, vegetables, green salad, brown rice.
6. Before bedtime you should take some
casein protien for slow digestion throughout the night, cottage cheese & nuts.
Water intake should be between 1 gallon to 1.5, multi-vitamins and creatin monohydrate would be a great addition to this diet.
