Today is the last day of my cutting diet :) wooohooo...time to put on some mass for my show next year. i have 8 months to build ATLEAST 21lbs of muscle is my goal :)
Today i started the day with:
50g oats with 50g blueberries
2 fried eggs on one piece of whoemeal toasted bread with a little barbecue sauce
1 protein shake
3 hours later:
100g chicken breast with a little salad...
5 mins later
French bread pizza slice from greggs (where i work)
walking home from work...another pizza bread and a corn beef pastie :)
magnum double caramel
ice cream from the ice cream truck.
cereal when i got in the house.
snicker flapjack on the way to the gym :)
shake after the gym then a galaxy cookie crumble chocolate bar!
now my girlfriend is on her way over and were gunna order some food and i plan on making my own cookie dough to mix in with some ice cream..mmmmmmmmmmmmm :)
