Basically its just adding in amino acids before some meals to ignite protein synthesis, followed by a very fast acting protein like
casein hydrolysate or whey hydrolysate,
So a meal plan looks like this
5g leucine
20g casein/whey hydrolysate
30mins later
eggs,
oats,
berries,
w/e else you have for breakfast,
However its important not to just down a constant stream on leucine thinking its going you good its better to take it in loads before 3-4 of your meals and intra/post,
