Ok im not going to lie to myself anymore, i thought i knew what i was doing, thought i knew how much to eat, thought i knew it all. Psh i realized i dont. I want to be on a bbing diet, not just a "working out" diet. I want that body. I want an athletic bbing body, not just a bulky, stubby body. I know i eat pretty decently, i just think i may eat a little to much, and not the exact amount of carbs, protien, and fats. I eat chicken breast, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, salad, veggies (broccoli, tomatoes, peas, green beans, black beans, olives), sorta cut out the fruit for now, canned tuna, peanutbutter, cottage cheese, egg whites, salsa, etc, etc. Again i know what to eat, i just think i eat a little to much. This week has been a rut week for me, because the gym on base has shut down for this week and most of next week, so ive been kinda screwed, eventho i know taking a little time off now and again is ok, i just dont like doing it to be honest with you. So when im able to hop back in that bitch, i want to really get down to it, i want to start a mild cut. Supplements im taking now are a fish oil cap, animal pak multi vitamin, ON casien, ISS whey, ON Nitrocore 24, glutamine, and BCAAs. Im 5 6, 22 years old, and anywhere from 169-175. I want to get back down to the 160 range. Im desprate!! Im bad with the whole 100g carbs, 25g protien, 5g fat deal, so more like a physical discription of how much to eat would be a better idea. The only reason i say that is because a scale is not available to me at the moment. So please, i need some help.

1.log onto calorie king and find out what your maintenance cals are to have a rough idea.
2. Eat 500 under that.
3. open a free account on fit day to keep track of your cals.
4.To tell you what to eat i cant ,you can eat as much as you want just stay 500 under maintenance.
5. your eating the right food good luck.
6.Keep protein in the high end and adjust the carbs to reach your micros for the day its trial and error.

Good luck bro

cosign what stalion said fit day is great for cutting lets you know exactly how many carbs/fats/proteins your eating and also puts them into a nice little graph.
