I was recently sent an E-book through email entitled, "Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle" by Tom Venuto. I was amazed how much info is in this book and it seems to cover a whole lot of areas for someone who is interested in taking care of their body.

Has anyone heard of this book or the author?
