protein shake questions

i usually take 2 scoops of whey after my workout. Would it be a better idea to use 1 scoop of whey in gatorade during your workout and then 1 scoop immediatly after?

also, is maltodextrin a good post w/o supplement?

you should definetely take it after but before is optional a lot of people do it to have that extra protein so the body doesnt start tearing muscle while working out

you could try drinking the whey in gatorade during your workout then taking a scoop immediately after, but it would be just as effective to drink BCAA's during your workout and save your self some money and maltodextrin is fine but most people prefer dextrose and whey immediately after their workout

I dont have any BCAAs. And stallion, is that all for post w/o..or just pick one. All I have on post w/o now is usually a protein shake and cellmass..what one thing should I add..maltodextrin is the only supplement i have. other than that it has to be food, thanks

PWO take 2 scoops of whey and some maltodextrin. Gatorade should be treated as a last resort, unless it's Gatorade powder which is a little better. If you want to take something during your workout BCAAs would be your best bet IMO.
