I am not bulking or cutting at the moment, just kinda inbetween.

Meal 1: 50g carbs of oatmeal, 8 egg whites - 1 yolk, multivitamin & mineral

Meal 2: 30g protein from tuna, 30g carbs from wholemeal bread, banana

W/O

Meal 3: 36g 0N Whey + 10g creatine + 40g dextrose (40g carbs white bread/rice if i can)

Meal 4: 25g protein from chicken, 40g carbs from rice/potatoes

Meal 5: 45g protein shake, 30g carbs from wholemeal bread

Meal 6: 30g protein from tuna

Meal 6: 30g protein from ham/turkey

Meal 7: 45g casien shake, 25mg Chelated Zinc, 1000mg fish oil, 500mg glucosomine, Multivitamin & mineral

getting about 8 - 10 hours sleep and sometimes will wake up in middle of night for a protein shake.

Where are the green vegetables? Only 1 fruit and only 1 veg? I would def. add some fruits and veg. to this plan. Also what is your weight? What are your goals?

Yeah I'd add in more veggies like carrots, broccoli, etc. Keeps the bowels clean too, lol.

Also I might suggest creatine and some BCAAs in your pre-workout meal.

Otherwise looks solid!

i take 10g bcaa's each day and eat vegies with most meals and 5 fruit a day lol , just didnt add them in

green veggies for sure man, how much do you weigh? Eggs are about 7g protein each and that looks like a crapload (literally) of protein...My calculations have that at over 315 grams of protein...seems like alot, but you might ask some of the veterans....

Post up COMPLETE diet with added veggies, supps so we get the full view of it.

Diet looks good though, not saying anything bad. Might add in more veggies at those 'protein only' meals later in the day. Myself, I would wake up in middle of night hungry if I had 2 protein only meals back to back.
