I wake up at 7:45, have breakfast at 08:00 and workout at 09:00.
Having oatmeal+banana+honey is a good idea? According to Layne, I should have 35% of my carbo load before workout, and 15% on breakfast, but my breakfast is my last meal before workout. What you guys thing? Is it a good combination? Any opinions?

My First meal of the day is my PWO also since i go at 6 so i usually have 1c. oatmeal + banana with 6 egg whites. Then about thirty min. before my workout i have a glass of milk, you could add protein powder but i would use way to much and im poor so i find this works for me

I was thinking of maybe adding some (I don't know if you do have or how you guys call this up in USA) in Brazil it's Pieces of Soy Protein. That would give me a good load of protein (53g) on the breakfast... All those stuff would give me almost 60g of protein for the breakfast)! Let me know what you think!

50% for your entire carbohydrate daily allowance in one meal is quiet high, I recommend maybe 35 or 40%. As Kaboom said, need protein in that meal. Eat some eggwhites, an egg, and oatmeal and your set!

Bulk or cut? Those recommendations are for a cut. Oatmeal, banana and eggs or a protein shake would be good. I like to have a protein shake and banana first then oatmeal and eggs.

101bbder, soy protein is one of the only high quality plant proteins. Whey protein is better but I'd mix a scoop of each PWO if you don't mind that horrible soy taste.

No, it's over 90%. The quality of a protein a based on amino acid sequence and digestibility. If it's a complete protein it's higher than an incomplete one. Eggs are 100 and anything in the 90s is very good.
