Heres what my usual breakfast usually looks like for me, im thinking its good to go, but if theres anything to tweak, id like to know.

2 packets of plain oatmeal (only the instant kind is available at my chow hall)
1 serving plain total (those little plastic single serving bowl deals)
3 hardboiled eggs (whites only) w/some salsa
some sort of fruit (bananna, apple, pears)
multi vitamin (animal pak)
packet of peanut butter

Up the protein, don't eat as many carbohydrates. 60g carbohydrates tops even on a bulk, and 40g protein would be sufficient.

if it's all the egg you can get, I don't see a problem with eating the yolks...
maybe switch the total for another oatmeal. How big are these packets?

Can you get some protein powder? Adding a scoop of that in the mornings would help.

thanks for all the replys, now to answer a few of those questions. These packets are just like the ones you get in the boxes, the usual size, theyre 100 calories each. The total is 70 calories each. Im thinkin i will switch the total with the oatmeal. also i can get as many hardboiled eggs as i want. I just dont want to over do it and eat to much. I thought 3 is good enough, no?

Also I'll put some salsa on the hardboiled egg whites as well, I know salsa is actually just fine.

Try mixing a half cup of oats with one of those oatmeal packets. The oats are less sugary and less processed. Now first thing in the morning the sugar's not a bad thing still mixing the oats in would be a good idea.

3 eggs is enough if you eat two yolks, that's 10g of yummy fat. Fill up. I agree with Mindstar get some protein powder for the first meal.
