i dont see the point of making last 7.5hours+ and i also don't see how a pb&j sandwich, oatmeal, eggs etc would last that long..
last time i checked cheese is made from milk i don't understand why everyone thinks that the only way to obtain
casein protein is through cottage cheese, also last time i checked a PEANUT BUTTER and jelly sandwich contains PEANUT BUTTER (HIGH IN HEATLHY FATS, FATS ALSO TEND TO SLOW DOWN THE DIGESTION OF FOODS) and jelly which about 99% of its carbs are in the form of SIMPLE SUGARS, most the sugars are fructose to be exact and of course the bread, another great source of simple carbs. Having a slow digesting meal before bed is completely over rated, last time i checked LBJ (very knowledgeable guy as many would agree) and i think Freak (probably the smartest guy on these boards when it comes to nutrition) take whey protein pre bed. Like i said, slow digesting foods pre-bed is over rated. Freak you mind chiming in on this?
