Hey guys this is my first post and taken me a bit to get courage to type this out - im 20 yrs old 95kg 186cm tall male from Australia - Ive been training for about 8months went from 80kg to 92kg in 3 months - but Ive never lost any body fat from all of it - only till recently i have been able to control wat food is purchased for myself to eat - and i read a lot on these sights and bodybuilding videos etc about what food people eat - but Ive never seen anyone place it down to simplistic meal plan for an aspiring bodybuilder - i see on the videos - they have 6 meals or so and eat same thing every day and may alternate a dish or 2 every day or once a week or so - i was wondering if there was a similar diet i could follow to lose the body fat and keep gaining the muscle - i can do the cardio and the weight training needed i can just never get my diet focused enough to get the results im looking after - i always though theroticaly that this meal plan would be successful but i think it lacks diversity defenatly when i cant afford other pill form supplements for vitamins etc

Meal 1 Oatmeal
Meal 2 Protein Shake
Meal 3 1 Chicken breast + Oatmeal or 1 cup of Rice
Meal 4 Protein Shake(Normally after my workout)
Meal 5 1 Chicken Breast + Vegetables(Broccoli, Carrot and Cauliflower)

Drinking Water all day

Is this a good enough start or is there other products i an use that would possibly taste better or offer me a better range of variety then this -

Any help you want to throw my way would be greatly appreciated :P Thanks for taking time to read my blurb of poor grammar :P
